About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our online store. We save time and contribute to the success of our partners by using modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer emails for the online store
• Responding to inquiries via mail
• Confirming order acceptance for processing
• Entering data into the system

Requirements

• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Proficiency in using a computer
• Customer service experience is welcome but not required
• Good communication skills
• Motivation to work in an office environment
