We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Asystent/ka Prezesa (Assistant to the President)

Location: Wrocław

Responsibilities

• Supporting the President in daily activities
• Organizing and managing the schedule of meetings
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Representing the President internally and externally
• Preparing assigned documentation and presentations
• Organizing business trips
• Verifying and settling invoices, collaborating with the finance department

Requirements

• Experience in an assistant role
• Higher education, preferably related to law, HR, or administration
• Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent work organization, multitasking, ability to prioritize and work under time pressure
• Valid driver's license category B
