About the Position

We are seeking an ATE Test Engineer V93000 (m/f/x) 1548 in Böblingen, Germany. This role requires experience with Advantest’s Test System V93000 and proficiency in Java/C++ for test program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop test programs using Java / C++ in a Linux / Eclipse-IDE environment
• Identify test cases based on customer specifications
• Maintain and harmonize existing test programs
• Debug test programs, test program failures, or anomalies in the data
• Maintain the environment, tools, and scripts
• Design schematics for test hardware

Requirements

• Experience in V93000 SmarTest 7 or SmarTest 8 Test program development
• Proficient in writing software using Java or C++
• Strong background in electronics
• Familiar with Linux-based systems and state-of-the-art development environments (Eclipse-IDE, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, etc.)
• Experience in schematics and hardware design is a plus
• Passion for quality and background in testing
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
