About the Position

At Sii Polska, we focus on growth, innovation, and building strong, partnership-based relationships with our clients. We are seeking a professional to join our team of experts within the Atlassian Competency Center and support our clients in effectively using Atlassian Cloud tools.

As an Atlassian Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical and process-related support for Atlassian Cloud environments at our clients. Your role will include designing, configuring, and optimizing solutions based on Jira, Confluence, Loom, Guard, Rovo, and other Atlassian tools to effectively support business processes. This also includes participation in migration projects from on-premise solutions (Server/Data Center) to Atlassian Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Administrowanie, konfigurowanie oraz bieżąca konserwacja środowisk Atlassian Cloud dla klientów
• Zarządzanie ustawieniami systemu i optymalizacja środowisk Atlassian zgodnie z najlepszymi praktykami i wymaganiami biznesowymi
• Rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych oraz wsparcie użytkowników
• Realizacja integracji i migracji danych pomiędzy systemami Atlassian a innymi platformami wykorzystywanymi przez klienta
• Zarządzanie kontami użytkowników, uprawnieniami oraz innymi aspektami dostępu i bezpieczeństwa w ekosystemie Atlassian Cloud
• Tworzenie, aktualizacja i utrzymanie dokumentacji technicznej
• Współpraca z klientami przy wdrażaniu procesów biznesowych z wykorzystaniem narzędzi Atlassian i aplikacji Marketplace

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and administering the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem
• Strong operational expertise in Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo, including a solid understanding of their functionalities and integrations within the System of Work
• Proven ability to administer Atlassian Cloud Organization and Atlassian Guard, with a focus on security architecture and Identity Provider (IdP) integration
• Practical experience in building Automation Rules and working with the Jira REST API
• Involvement in Jira and Confluence on-premise to Atlassian Cloud migration projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective and scalable tool configurations
• Experience in documenting implemented processes and configurations in line with solution architecture standards
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with popular Atlassian Marketplace apps such as ScriptRunner, Tempo Suite, Xray, BigPicture, and eazyBI
• Familiarity with additional Atlassian Cloud applications, including Focus, Talent, Compass, Bitbucket, and Statuspage, also within the context of the System of Work, as well as on-premise tools like Bamboo and Jenkins
• Experience in integrating systems using platforms such as OpsHub, Getint Integration Platform, and ScriptRunner Connect
• Ability to support, administer, and maintain Atlassian Data Center environments
• Atlassian certifications confirming expertise
