Atlassian Developer (f/m/x)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Developer for a banking sector project, focusing on Jira and Confluence in the Atlassian Data Center environment. The person in this position will be responsible for the development and implementation of solutions, working closely with internal customers to design and implement new processes, workflows, and functionalities to support the daily work of users.

Responsibilities

• Supporting users in working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Analysis of business needs and implementation of new functionalities, processes, and workflows in the Atlassian Data Center environment
• Gathering, analyzing, and clarifying business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Development, configuration, and optimization of existing solutions in Jira and Confluence
• Participation in the migration to the new Atlassian platform, with the highest standards of security and business continuity
• Ensuring compliance of implemented changes with the organization's standards, procedures, and regulations
• Collaborating with technical and business teams in planning and implementing changes to the Atlassian environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian programming and solution development
• Practical knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Desk/Jira Service Management, and Confluence
• Experience with technologies such as REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, SQL, and system integrations
• Experience in gathering business requirements and implementing them in IT tools
• Knowledge of standards and regulations related to implementing software and application changes
• Ability to work with various stakeholder groups
• Previous work in designing and configuring business processes and workflows in Jira
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems
• Open to hybrid work in Warsaw (3 days a week)
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
