Your Impact

Als erfahrenen Atlassian Spezialist (Jira & Confluence) unterstützt du Mandanten in den Bereichen Betrieb, 2nd- und 3rd Level-Support sowie Entwicklung und Anpassung von Jira- und Confluence-Umgebungen.

• Operation: Du unterstützt beim Monitoring und bei der Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der Atlassian-Umgebung.
• 2nd und 3rd Level Support: Bei der proaktiven Fehleranalyse und beim Einspielen von Sicherheits-Patches unterstützt du und bist direkter Support für Anwenderanfragen und Problemlösungen.
• Development and Implementation: Du programmierst und integrierst neue Funktionen in bestehenden Systemen und entwickelst Plugins.
• Customization: Du konfigurierst Jira und Confluence gemäß den Anforderungen.

Requirements

• Hochschulabschluss oder anderweitige relevante Berufsausbildung
• Fundierte Erfahrung mit Atlassian-Produkten (Jira, Confluence) sowie im Betrieb komplexer IT-Systeme und im Incident-/ Problem-Management
• Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen und Plugin-Entwicklung (z.B. Java, Groovy)
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit
• Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift sowie Reisebereitschaft
