We’re looking for individuals with substantial litigation experience who can challenge AI models with realistic legal scenarios, assess their reasoning, and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll engage with cutting-edge AI on topics like statutory interpretation, judicial reasoning, precedent analysis, legal citation formats, case brief construction, and evidentiary standards-documenting performance gaps to strengthen model reasoning.
Responsibilities
- Engage in substantive legal dialogue with the AI model
- Assess the model's responses for factual and analytical rigor
- Identify reproducible failure points
- Collaborate with our team to refine prompts and improve evaluation metrics
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal degree
- Significant litigation experience
- Ability to articulate legal reasoning clearly and precisely
- History of publication, prior clerkships, teaching experience, or subject matter specialization (nice to have)
