About the Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Audit Assistant to join our growing Audit team in Tirana, Albania. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation in audit and finance.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of audit engagements
- Support senior auditors in conducting audit procedures
- Review and analyze financial documents and records
- Prepare audit reports and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of audit tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (mandatory)
- 2 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or a similar field
- Strong interest in building a career in audit and accounting
- Good communication skills in both English and Albanian
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a willingness to further develop these skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
- Strong motivation to learn, grow, and develop professionally
- Good time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines, with guidance and support from the team
