Audit Senior Associate

About the Position

We are currently seeking to recruit an Audit Senior Associate for full-time employment at our offices in Limassol or Paphos.

Responsibilities

As an Audit Senior Associate, you will:

• Lead audit tasks and collaborate with clients.
• Document and evaluate complex accounting and internal control systems.
• Apply analytical procedures throughout audit planning, fieldwork, and completion stages.
• Address auditing, accounting, and reporting issues.
• Prepare detailed plans and budgets for assignments.
• Lead and coordinate the engagement team.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Audit services or related field.
• ACCA/ACA qualification and membership.
• Good knowledge of auditing software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Broad knowledge of IFRSs & ISAs and general tax knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
• Negotiation skills combined with a client-centric approach.
• Excellent people and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong managerial skills.
• Motivated and career-driven.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
