Audit Support Consultant

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Participation in European audit projects - primarily at the planning, execution, and analysis stages.
• Performing audit procedures and preparing documentation in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and BDO’s internal methodology.
• Assisting in task allocation, process analysis, and preparation of internal reports.
• Professional communication with clients, including business correspondence, relationship management, and delivering high-quality analytical insights.
• Coordinating colleagues’ work within projects, conducting reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensuring audit quality and compliance with International Standards on Auditing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in auditing in international or local professional firms.
• Strong understanding of the audit process.
• Experience with IFRS or US GAAP and ISA.
• ACCA (in progress or completed) is an advantage.
• Advanced English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Confident Excel skills.
