About the Position

Join SWARCO as an Auftragskoordinator International Sales to manage SAP-supported order processing and coordination in sales, ensuring smooth operations from inquiry to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP-supported order processing and coordination in sales
• Handle inquiries independently and create tailored export offers for our customers and partners
• Coordinate export orders across locations and liaise closely with relevant internal departments
• Manage customs clearance and prepare necessary export and customs documents
• Participate as a project team member in business administration for larger projects
• Support our urban sales activities with partners and foreign subsidiaries by creating appealing product and system presentations
• Communicate confidently with customers and partners in German and English
• Actively engage in customs-related topics, maintain your network, and regularly exchange information with the Customs Working Group and relevant contacts at the Main Customs Office
• Prepare regular reports, sales reports, and assist the team with administrative tasks
• Guide and support our commercial trainees in the Export and International Sales area

Requirements

• Completed commercial education and ideally a business administration degree or relevant studies with experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in SAP SD and common MS Office applications
• Interest in technical contexts and willingness to learn in a technically oriented work environment
• Basic knowledge of customs and foreign trade, and an understanding of customs clearance and tax aspects is advantageous
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, along with a confident demeanor towards customers and partners
• Self-directed, structured, and reliable work style, with initiative and a team spirit

• Knowledge in Zoll- und Außenwirtschaft
• Understanding of Verzollung and tax aspects
