Auftragssteuerer & Disponent (m/w/d) - Betriebsstätte Maasberg
Join Diehl Defence as an Auftragssteuerer & Disponent in our Maasberg facility, ensuring material supply and production flow in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a demand- and deadline-compliant material supply for production and guarantee a smooth production flow through forward-looking scheduling.
- Control and coordinate the entire material flow of purchased parts, raw materials, and in-house manufactured parts-sometimes across multiple Diehl Defence production sites-until the timely delivery of the final product.
- Be responsible for the timely scheduling of production orders, taking into account economic, capacity, and production technical constraints.
- Additionally, you will be dedicated to short- and medium-term planning of the production program.
- In complex production projects, you will act as the central interface to project management and internal process partners.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a vocational education with corresponding further education (e.g., technician, master, or specialized/business economist).
- You have at least three years of professional experience in a planning role and know what is important in planning.
- You have a strong technical understanding of production processes; you work routinely with MS Office and SAP.
- As a competent interface between various departments, you convince with goal-oriented, secure communication.
- In a dynamic environment, you always keep an overview and act reliably and solution-oriented even in stressful phases.
