Training as a System Integration IT Specialist
During your three-year training as a System Integration IT Specialist at 4SELLERS, you will get to know the diverse world of IT. You will deal with IT systems, networks, hardware, and software and learn to plan, implement, and maintain technical solutions.
What You Will Learn During Your Training
- Planning, installing, configuring, and administering IT systems and networks
- Analyzing and solving application and system problems
- Evaluating and selecting suitable IT systems and IT solutions
- Advising and supporting users and customers
- Implementing and testing IT security and data protection measures
- Testing and commissioning systems and technical solutions
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Two Areas You Choose What Interests You More Before Starting Your Training
At 4SELLERS, you will complete your three-year training either in the IT Inhouse or System Integration area.
Both areas train you as a System Integration IT Specialist, but they differ in their tasks and focus.

IT Inhouse Our Internal IT
We ensure a stable and secure IT operation from the server infrastructure to the end device. We are the point of contact for all internal IT matters and ensure that our employees can work reliably.
Your Tasks:
- Support and troubleshooting in 1st- and 2nd-level
- Operation, administration, and further development of our IT systems
- Provision and setup of work equipment such as laptops and screens
- Installation and maintenance of software
- Setup of accesses and permissions
- Administration of networks and IT security
System Integration Customer and Cloud Infrastructure
We continue to operate and develop the IT infrastructure of our customers and ensure that systems run reliably, securely, and efficiently.
Your Tasks:
- Operation, administration, and further development of customer and cloud infrastructures
- Design and planning of technical solutions
- Sizing and selection of suitable systems and components
- Implementation and commissioning of IT solutions
- Testing and inspection of systems, devices, and programs
- Technical handover and documentation
- Advising our customers and jointly developing suitable solutions
Vocational School and Final Exam
Regular attendance at vocational school is also part of your training. At the end of the three-year training, you will take your final exam at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).

- You have a secondary school or educational degree
- You may have already started a degree or completed another apprenticeship and want to re-orient yourself professionally and enter the IT field practically
- You are interested in IT topics and enjoy continuously expanding your knowledge
- You work committed, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a team
- You enjoy analyzing errors, finding causes, and developing suitable IT solutions
- You have perseverance and can concentrate and work meticulously even on more complex tasks
What You Can Look Forward To
Personal Support & Fixed Contact Persons:
During your training, you will have a fixed training supervisor or mentor by your side. Through regular daily, weekly meetings, and personal conversations, you will receive support, feedback, and can bring up your questions at any time.
Practical Training:
You will work on real IT topics from the beginning and have the opportunity to apply your knowledge directly in practice. You will gradually take on more responsibility and be specifically prepared for your future professional life.
Modern Technical Equipment:
You will work with modern IT and current technical equipment and get to know the systems and technologies that are also used in professional life.
Team & Cooperation:
You can expect a collegial environment with short communication channels and a team that supports you during your training. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and learn from their know-how.

Depending on the training area, you will get exciting insights into different IT topics, from internal IT infrastructure to customer and cloud solutions.
