About the Role
Join indasys IT Systemhaus Gruppe for a top-tier apprenticeship as a Digital Networking Specialist in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg. You will accompany our specialists in their daily work and be assigned a variety of exciting tasks. You will be responsible for the planning and configuration of IT systems, including the installation and setup of hardware components, operating systems, and networks according to customer requirements. In case of any disruptions, you will be on hand with modern diagnostic systems and assist users with application problems. In the first year of training, you will rotate through all six teams in the Enterprise IT Services department – here you will learn from the best and continuously expand and deepen your knowledge. In the second year, you will work more independently and rotate through the teams in the IT & Administration Services department on a four-month cycle. With increasing training time, your responsibilities will also increase: in the third year of training, you will already know your strengths and bring them into a team that suits you every day. In this team, you will also work on your final project, which we will continuously support and guide you, both technically and mentally. During your training, we already enable you to acquire certifications in the technical field. On the one hand, this validates the quality of our training, and on the other hand, the content of the certification courses will help you in the final exams. Numerous successes of the past years show that our training is among the best: We have already been awarded several times by the IHK Stuttgart for particularly good performance – and in the last graduation year 2025, we even trained the Federal Best Digital Networking Specialist. We are very proud of these successes!

Requirements
- Convincing Realschulabschluss or good Fachhochschulreife
- Good grades in German, English, and Mathematics
- Possession of a Pkw-Führerschein
