Description

Du möchtest eine kaufmännische Ausbildung machen, aber nicht jeden Tag nur am Schreibtisch sitzen? Bei hallo.solar verbindest du kaufmännisches Wissen mit Kundenkontakt, Vertrieb und abwechslungsreichen Terminen im Außendienst.

Während deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung lernst du die organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Abläufe unseres Unternehmens kennen. Dein betrieblicher Praxisfokus liegt im Vertrieb und Außendienst. Du begleitest erfahrene Vertriebsmitarbeitende zu Kundenterminen und lernst, wie individuelle Energielösungen professionell beraten, angeboten und organisiert werden.

Your Tasks

• Learn about the organizational and commercial processes of our company
• Handle customer inquiries and schedule appointments
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on customer appointments
• Accompany our sales team during internal and external consultations
• Participate in the needs assessment for photovoltaic systems, battery storage, charging stations, and other energy solutions
• Prepare offers, presentations, orders, and contract documents
• Maintain customer and project data in our digital systems
• Manage existing customer contacts
• Assist in order processing and invoice handling
• Collaborate with sales, planning, technical, and administrative departments
• Gradually learn to conduct professional and persuasive customer conversations

Your Profile

• You have a school diploma or will obtain it by the start of the apprenticeship
• You enjoy interacting with people and have an interest in sales
• You present yourself in a friendly, open, and convincing manner
• You work in an organized, reliable, and self-motivated way
• You are interested in renewable energies and modern technology
• You have good command of the German language, both spoken and written
• You are confident in using digital devices and applications
• A Class B driver's license is mandatory
