What to Expect
In the three-year apprenticeship, you will learn everything you need to start your career as a service provider at HZD: Planning and configuring IT and communication technology, setting up, operating, and managing IT systems, and providing advice and support to users. You will be part of a strong team. Your development is important to us! We support you, for example, with exam preparation offers and workshops, so that you remain up-to-date personally and professionally.

Your Requirements
- You have at least a secondary education diploma or (vocational) high school diploma with good grades in mathematics.
- You have good German and English language skills.
- You are interested in IT and public administration.
- You have a quick understanding and can think logically.
- You are communicative and team-oriented.
