Ausbildung - Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d)
Wareneingang und Warenausgang sind wichtige Vorgänge im Unternehmen. Und eine optimale Lagerhaltung hilft, den Betrieb profitabel und effizient zu führen. Die Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik kontrolliert und steuert alle Prozesse, die sich in einem Warenlager abspielen. Sie positioniert und schlägt Güter fachgerecht um und stützt sich dabei auf modernste EDV-Programme.
What to Expect in the Training at HERMA
- From the first day, you will be directly integrated into our logistics department and learn hands-on the process flows in goods receipt, block storage/small parts storage, goods dispatch, and the dispatch office. You will benefit from the three different business areas at HERMA and thus gain an insight into up to three different business areas and their logistics departments.
- During your training, you will obtain a forklift truck operator's license, enabling you to transport heavy pallets with the forklift.
- Throughout the entire training period, you will attend vocational school lessons at the Jakob-Friedrich-Schöllkopf-Schule in Kirchheim unter Teck for 1.5 days a week.
- During the entire training period, you will attend numerous subject-specific as well as cross-disciplinary seminars on various topics such as HERMA introduction workshop, social pedagogy, and many more.

- A proper secondary school diploma facilitates your connection to vocational school.
- As you are allowed to take on responsibility early in your training at HERMA, a meticulous and reliable working method plays an important role.

- Training Allowance (according to the collective agreement of the paper, cardboard, and plastic processing industry, as of 2024):
- 1st year: 1,140.00 €
- 2nd year: 1,220.00 €
- 3rd year: 1,300.00 €
- Vacation entitlement: 30 days per year
