Responsibilities

• Work Organization: You will learn to independently plan tasks of daily project business and organize your workday in a structured manner.
• Communication: Whether in person, by phone, or via email - You will train to communicate confidently and clearly, including with our specialist departments and the marketing departments of our brands.
• Coordination of Marketing/Advertising Measures: You will be part of our team and work with us on the preparation and execution of campaigns for renowned brands.
• Get to know and use the technologies of our marketing portals, including advertising measures modules, AI, and automation.
• Controlling: You will participate in the creation of offers, project plans, and invoices.

• Curiosity and willingness to learn: Marketing, digital media, and controlling interest you, and you want to understand how advertising campaigns work and how to excite customers.

We Offer

• You are important to us! Therefore, we compensate your work during the apprenticeship as follows: 1st year 1.050 €, 2nd year 1.150 €, 3rd year 1.250 €. Additionally, you will receive a monthly apprentice's pocket money in the amount of 35 €.
• With your apprentice mentor, you will have a reliable contact person for all your questions throughout your entire apprenticeship.
