Ausbildung: Kaufleute im E-Commerce (m/w/d)
mycareGruppe in Lutherstadt Wittenberg, DE, is offering an exciting Duale Ausbildung starting ab 2027. Combine your kaufmännisches Know-how with digitaler Expertise to manage online shops, analyze market and sales data, and optimize business processes.
About the Role
Kaufleute im E-Commerce verbinden kaufmännisches Know-how mit digitaler Expertise. Sie verwalten Online-Shops, analysieren Markt- und Verkaufsdaten, steuern Marketingmaßnahmen und optimieren Geschäftsprozesse.
Responsibilities
- Design and technical setup of an online shop for desktop and smartphones (Webdesign und Programmierung)
- Selection and marketing of products for our online shop or on marketplaces like Amazon
- Communication with our customers via phone, email, or social networks
- Handling orders and returns in customer service, accounting, and logistics
- Expanding the mycare-Community via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and collaborations with bloggers
- Developing creative marketing campaigns (catalog, newsletter, Google ads, banner ads, events…)
- Negotiating contracts with our service providers and partners
- Analysis in Excel (click numbers in the online shop, marketing campaigns, shipping times, sales figures of products,…)
Requirements
What You Need to Know:
- Training Form: Duale Ausbildung
- Training Duration: 3 years
- Certification: IHK-Abschluss
What You Should Bring:
- Qualification: Mittlere Reife
- Skills: Kreativität, Organisationstalent, Interesse an wirtschaftlichen, Gute technische und mathematische Fähigkeiten, Spaß am Umgang mit digitalen Medien
