Kinderwelt Hamburg in Hamburg, Germany, is looking for a motivated individual to join our team for a three-year apprenticeship in office management starting February 2027. This role offers a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes, ensuring our kindergartens and schools run smoothly. You will learn everything needed to support the educational experience for children and families, gradually becoming an organizational talent.

Responsibilities

• Learn how a real office operates, from mail handling to invoice verification and meeting organization.
• Gain in-depth insights into our finance and HR departments.
• Work with modern digital tools and actively shape business processes.
• Take on responsibility for small projects and support teams in their daily tasks.

Requirements

• A personality with both heart and intellect.
• At least a secondary school diploma with good grades in German and Mathematics.
• Interest in numbers, commercial processes, and office organization.
• Reliable, meticulous, and team-oriented.
• Good command of German and ideally some English.
• Eagerness to learn, take on responsibility, and develop professionally.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of English.

About the Company

Kinderwelt Hamburg and Flachsland Zukunftsschulen include 24 kindergartens, three full-day cooperations with Hamburg primary schools, and the Zukunftsschule Alsterpalais (a primary and secondary school). Additionally, we have a school for social pedagogy, several organic kitchens, and the administrative office. Currently, we employ around 800 staff members.
