Job Description

Gerresheimer Tettau GmbH, located in the northern district of Kronach, Upper Franconia, specializes in the production of cosmetic glass and supplies numerous well-known customers with flacons and jars for perfumes, cosmetics, and body care products. Annually, we produce approximately 620 million glass items with 700 dedicated employees. We place particular emphasis on in-house training and further education.

Your apprenticeship as an Electronics for Plant Technology technician (m/f/d) includes:

• You have our systems under control: You will install, maintain, and repair operational, production, and process plants for electrical energy supply. Additionally, your tasks include system testing for safety and protective functions, as well as the replacement and programming of components.
• You are an expert: During your apprenticeship, you will learn the basics of electronics and their safety regulations from the ground up. We will also introduce you to the basics of metalworking and pneumatics, which you can then apply in your daily professional life.
• You look beyond the immediate scope: You will rotate through various departments, giving you a comprehensive overview of the technical processes – for example, you will get to know the maintenance, production, and electrical workshop areas.
• We trust you with responsibilities: You will work alongside your apprenticeship supervisor in daily operations. With increasing experience, you will independently carry out process steps or individual projects.

Qualifications

• Education: You have successfully completed school with at least a qualified middle school diploma or will complete it before the start of your apprenticeship?
• Favorite subjects: Are mathematics and natural sciences/physics particularly good for you?
• Contact person: Do you advise family and friends on technical and craft questions?
• Team spirit: Do you share our belief that we can achieve more together as a team?
