Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems from hardware to software.
- Understand how networks function, set them up, and ensure they run smoothly.
- Identify and resolve bugs to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Plan and execute IT projects from start to finish, incorporating your own ideas.
- Protect our systems from attacks, ensuring everything remains secure with a focus on "Security first."
- Serve as the first point of contact for users needing help with their IT systems, working closely with colleagues to provide the best service.
Requirements
- Passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn and try new things.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions to problems.
- Enjoy working collaboratively, contributing ideas, and feeling comfortable in a team environment.
- Comfortable in the digital world with a good understanding of IT topics.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and explore new ideas and projects independently.
- Proficiency in German and English at the C1-C2 level.
- Ideally, a Class B driver's license.
