About the Position

To strengthen our team, we offer for the new training year 2026/2027 the training as a specialist for system integration or as an IT system electronics technician.

As a trainee specialist for system integration or IT system electronics, you will undergo training in the IT industry and also a bit of commercial training. You will be introduced to many areas and will be responsible for many different tasks. With your interdisciplinary competence, you will act as an important interface between our technical department and sales.

Responsibilities

• Training in IT, software, database, network, and application-specific content
• Mechanical, electronic, and software-based repair and maintenance of card printing systems
• Installation and modifications of printing devices for special customer orders, coding options (magnetic stripe, contact chip, RFID chip)
• Programming of contact and contactless (RFID) chip cards
• Technical support for card printers and chip cards, application, and programming software
• Sales support tasks, from handling repair requests and projects, quote preparation to technical implementation
• Support for customer service with IT and hardware problems via phone, email, and video calls
• Organization and processing of classic office tasks

Requirements

• Successful completion of high school diploma or a technically oriented vocational high school diploma
• Very good German skills (written and spoken)
• Friendly nature, team spirit, and willingness to learn and work
• Reliability, strong communication skills, and a neat appearance
• Flexibility and a strong customer and service orientation
• Good English and basic IT skills (e.g., Word, Excel) are advantageous
• Interest in IT-specific topics and issues
• High willingness to learn in training and further education programs
