Tasks that will help you grow

• As a Kaufmann im Gesundheitswesen (m/w/d), you will be a competent contact person for all our customers. You will learn what truly matters in health and experience the practice of this multifaceted profession firsthand.
• You will face various challenges. Comprehensive consultation of our insured members by phone, in our branches, or in the field, as well as case processing in various departments, are part of your tasks. Because every day is new and different, boredom is guaranteed not to set in.
• A modern profession also requires contemporary conditions. You will work in a progressive working environment and be optimally prepared for practical assignments through the transfer of specialist knowledge, IT skills, and communication techniques.
• You will learn everything that AOK PLUS has to offer and can inspire new customers for our health insurance.

• Your training is the first step into professional life. You already have a good secondary school diploma or high school diploma at the start of your training.
• You are motivated and find it completely normal to continuously and goal-orientedly learn.

• The training takes place mainly at the location named in the job advertisement, at the vocational school, but also at other locations in Saxony and Thuringia. Therefore, you are open to traveling.
