Responsibilities

Experience the practical aspects of this multifaceted profession firsthand.
Learn to advise hospitals, doctors, and medical professionals expertly and assess medical matters.
Expect assignments in various areas of AOK, such as prevention and care management, hospital management, and health promotion.
To directly link theory and practice, we regularly train you at our AOK-owned training center in Sarstedt and at locations in your region.

Requirements

You have a secondary school diploma or (advanced) high school diploma at the start of the training and demonstrate good analytical and reasoning skills in our online test.
You show enthusiasm for new tasks and willingly take on responsibility.
You are open-minded, enjoy communicating, and are happy to work in a team.

We Offer

After the apprenticeship, you will receive a secure career perspective through an indefinite employment contract with a significant employer in the healthcare sector with around 7,400 employees.
In addition to an above-average apprenticeship salary of up to 1,454.00 EUR in the third year of training, we offer various social benefits, such as a company pension plan and Christmas and vacation allowances. Your starting salary after the apprenticeship is approximately 48,000 EUR per year.
We offer flexible working hours, mobile work (20% of working time), and 30 vacation days plus additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve to enable a healthy balance between professional and private life.
Additionally, you can expect excellent development opportunities, e.g., to become a health insurance business administrator (VWA) or a Bachelor of Health Economics.
