Responsibilities
- As a Sozialversicherungsfachangestellter (m/w/d), you will practice a service- and customer-oriented profession. Therefore, we will train you in the areas of social insurance and legal knowledge, marketing, data protection, accounting, and economics.
- The proximity to our customers (m/w/d) characterizes Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte (m/w/d). Advisory meetings and written correspondence with customers (m/w/d) are among your main tasks.
- You will have a responsible role in which you convince people as an expert (m/w/d) in the healthcare sector.
- A modern profession also requires contemporary conditions. Work in a modern working environment with the latest IT systems.
Requirements
- Your school diploma is the Abitur, Fachhochschulreife, or mittlere Reife. With this, you will start your training with us directly.
- Communication is fun for you! You are open-minded and express yourself well - in writing and in conversation.
- You enjoy working in a team and are successful with your open and friendly demeanor. Because at AOK, we help and support each other.
- Your profession is about people and their health. Therefore, it is important that you bring empathy and commitment and are also service- and customer-oriented.
- The training takes place at AOK, vocational school, and our training center in Hersbruck. Therefore, traveling within Bavaria is not a problem for you.
