Are you looking for a meaningful, varied apprenticeship with real prospects? Are you interested in health topics and enjoy working with people? Then you are exactly right with us!
- Practice in the company: From the first day, you will be part of the team. You will get to know different areas – for example, customer service, income, or expenditure areas. You will have a wide range of tasks and advise our customers personally, by phone, or online.
- Theory at the Training Center (BIZ): In 16 course weeks (distributed over the entire training period), you will receive the necessary expertise – compact and exciting. Our training center is in Homberg (Ohm). During the week, you will live there and be fully catered for – ideal to fully concentrate on the content.
- Vocational School: At the vocational school (in Gießen, Frankfurt, or Kassel), you will learn (in block classes) about topics such as economics, health, and social insurance law. The content is well-understood and practical – not just dry theory.
Skills you bring
- Secondary school diploma, vocational high school diploma, or high school diploma
- Interest in health and social topics
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Motivation, flexibility, team spirit, and openness to new things
