Exciting Tasks Await You
Practice Operations
You will assist with appointment scheduling, welcome the furry patients and their owners, and be their central contact person.
Assistance
You will learn how to assist during examinations and minor procedures in the consultation room, keep our patients safe, and prepare the treatment rooms before and after.
Technical Support
You will gain insights into digital (dental) X-rays, sonography, prepare vaccinations and blood tests, and perform routine laboratory tests independently at the end of your training.
Less Phone, More Action
Unfortunately, we cannot promise that you won't have to make any phone calls, but we can say that there will be significantly fewer than before. You will coordinate appointments primarily using digital booking.
Qualifications You Bring
- You have a secondary school diploma or Abitur
- You are at least 18 years old
- You speak fluent German and have basic communication skills in English
- You are reliable, enjoy helping out, and work diligently and conscientiously
- You have a strong passion for pets and a desire to improve the patient experience in veterinary practices
- You are interested in digital topics and have basic computer skills
- You enjoy interacting with pets and have excellent communication skills with their owners
