Responsibilities

As an Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d), you will engage in an interesting and diverse role across various departments of our company. Many Industriekaufleute work in marketing or procurement, both domestically and internationally, while others are involved in order processing or human resources. Some are passionate about the broad scope of tasks in production or controlling.

Depending on your area of deployment, you will be in direct contact with our customers or suppliers. For example, you will negotiate orders, agree on delivery times, and oversee the entire process.

You can expect a top-notch training in an environment characterized by joy, cohesion, respect, responsibility, and shared successes. You will gradually get to know different areas of our company in a structured manner, gaining a comprehensive insight into our processes and structures.

Requirements

• (Fach)Abitur or good Realschulabschluss
• Interest in commercial and economic contexts
• Good German language skills in speech and writing
• Mathematical understanding
• Enjoyment of working on the computer, ideally with initial knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Regular trainee meetings
• Team spirit, commitment, and initiative
• Reliable and meticulous work approach
• Voluntary work in your free time (e.g., in a club, youth group, or social projects) is seen as a positive bonus
