Responsibilities
- You answer inquiries about consumer loans - by phone, email, or live chat
- You support our customers with initial questions and find a suitable solution for every problem
- You work closely with our loan advisors (m/w/d), assist with administrative tasks, and provide support for questions about the use of our app
- You ensure the reliable maintenance and documentation of all relevant data
Requirements
- First professional experience from internships or similar
- Strong customer orientation and service readiness
- Communication skills, a sympathetic manner, and sociability
- Goal-oriented and conscientious work approach as well as reliability
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing
- Proficient MS-Office skills
- At least 8 hours of work per week, ideally during off-peak hours, and willingness to work on-site in the office
