Responsibilities

• Work on diverse IT projects both internally and with our clients, gaining exposure to a wide range of IT systems.
• Act as a problem solver by handling support tickets for various IT issues, identifying errors, providing technical solutions, and advising users.
• Manage the setup of workstations, organizing and installing hardware and software.
• Implement, optimize, maintain, and integrate IT systems into existing IT landscapes, acquiring knowledge in various IT solutions including servers, networks, cloud, telephony, and IT security.

Rest assured, you don't need to master these skills immediately. Our experienced IT professionals will guide you through your training, helping you develop and expand these abilities step by step.
