About the Role

Responsibilities

Learn about the internal structures and processes of the company
Get involved in daily activities from the start, learning to develop software and database solutions, work in a team, and take on responsibilities
Learn about the commissioning and maintenance of client, server, network, and telecommunications systems
Address user issues and try to solve them within the IT helpdesk framework
Collaborate with other departments, project teams, and external partners

Requirements

Very good Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Hochschulreife, especially in German, Mathematics, and Computer Science
Enthusiasm for IT topics
Enjoy learning new things
Organizational talent, communicate beyond WhatsApp, and have high self-motivation
Work meticulously and are very reliable
Enjoy working, whether in a project, sports, or volunteer activities – team spirit is important to you
Good English skills that you want to further develop with us
