About the Company
va-Q-tec is a pioneer in highly developed solutions for thermal energy efficiency and temperature-controlled supply chains. The company develops, produces, and distributes thin, highly efficient vacuum insulation panels ("VIPs") for insulation and intelligent temperature storage elements ("PCMs") for reliable temperature control. By combining VIPs and PCMs, va-Q-tec manufactures thermal packaging systems (boxes) that can maintain temperatures for food and pharmaceuticals consistently without external energy supply for up to five days. The company has been operating climate-neutrally at all locations since 2021. Continuous process optimizations minimize the CO2 footprint. Additionally, va-Q-tec's products contribute to global improvements in thermal energy efficiency and thus make a valuable contribution to climate protection. Responsibilities
- Reparatur, Wartung und Pflege von hydraulischen, pneumatischen und mechanischen Maschinen und Anlagen
- Einrichten von Fertigungsanlagen
- Programmieren von Fertigungsanlagen
- Überwachen des Produktionsablaufes
- Überprüfen der Qualität
- Montage von Kleinbaugruppen
Requirements
- Schulabschluss: Realschulabschluss oder Abitur
- Teamfähigkeit, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
- Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
Nice to Have
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machines
- Programming skills for manufacturing equipment
- Quality control experience
- Assembly skills
