Responsibilities

As an Authorisations & Onboarding Executive, you will:

• Review and process adviser and firm applications.
• Conduct due diligence and referencing checks.
• Manage onboarding cases through to completion.
• Process FCA registrations and updates.
• Liaise with advisers, firms, lenders, and providers.
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
• Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the onboarding process.

• Detail Focused: Enjoys working accurately with documentation, applications, and regulatory information.
• Analytical: Able to assess information, identify inconsistencies, and follow established processes.
• Organised: Comfortable managing multiple cases, prioritising workloads, and working to deadlines.
• Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Collaborative: Works well with colleagues, advisers, lenders, providers, and other stakeholders.
• Adaptable: Comfortable working within a regulated environment where processes and regulatory requirements evolve.
