Automation QA Engineer

We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer to join our team working on a UK-based healthcare platform that enables remote patient monitoring, clinical research, and personalized healthcare. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the product through automated testing and close collaboration with the development team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Ensure product quality through functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and product owners.
• Contribute to test strategy, test plans, and quality assurance processes.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into build processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA, with a focus on test automation.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience testing web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of performance or load testing tools.
• Experience with healthcare or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Understanding of accessibility and usability testing.
