About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with Java or Python for our Pune team, focusing on developing end-to-end automation tests.

Responsibilities

Collaboration with stakeholders of the delivery process (including business and users)
Develop end-to-end automation tests using Java
Requirements analysis
Support testing environment
Design of tests, estimation, and planning of QA automation activities
Investigation of test results, bug reporting, and tracking

Must have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT (exceptionally strong technical graduates may also be considered)
- Strong academic background, preferably in an engineering or related technical field
- Solid software development experience or substantial experience in test automation
- Good understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Flexible, proactive individual with a strong can-do attitude
- Fast learner, able to quickly absorb and apply new information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Good knowledge in any programming/scripting language (Java/Python/JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience in UI & API Automation testing
Nice to have
- Experience in Agile Framework
