About the Role
This role sits within the Global Automotive Sourcing organization and owns the end-to-end sourcing analytics and reporting ecosystem across all regions and SBUs.
The position is a key driver of cost savings and sourcing performance improvement, leveraging advanced analytics and AI to generate actionable insights and translate them into measurable business impact.
Acting as a central interface between Automotive Sourcing, Procurement Excellence (ProX), Digital/IT and Operational Excellence teams, the role ensures global alignment, drives standardization, and enables data-driven decision making at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
DRIVE – Cost Optimization & Business Impact
- Identify, quantify and drive cost saving opportunities using data analytics and AI
- Analyze BoM cost structures, supplier performance and sourcing strategies to uncover optimization potential
- Partner with Category Management, Engineering and BCA to implement and track cost reduction actions
- Ensure visibility and realization of savings through robust KPI tracking
OWN – Global Reporting & Data Ecosystem
- Own and standardize global Automotive Sourcing KPIs and reporting across all regions
- Act as the single source of truth for sourcing performance data
- Transition reporting from manual processes to automated, scalable dashboards (Qlik)
- Ensure data consistency, quality and governance across systems (SAP, Ivalua, TCPCM)
BUILD – Data, BI & AI Capabilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data models integrating multiple systems
- Drive automation and real-time reporting capabilities
- Implement AI-driven analytics use cases (cost prediction, anomaly detection, performance insights)
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
COLLABORATE – Global & Cross-Functional Interface
- Act as key interface between: Automotive Sourcing (global/regional teams), ProX (Procurement Excellence), Digital / IT, Operational Excellence, Finance, Engineering, Program Management
- Ensure alignment across Europe, Americas, China, India, Japan
- Support stakeholders from operational level up to senior leadership
ENABLE – Training & Adoption
- Act as a trainer and enabler for data-driven sourcing
- Train teams on Qlik dashboards, KPIs and analytics tools
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision making and AI use cases across regions
- Promote best practices in reporting, analytics and data usage
LEAD – Transformation Initiatives
- Lead global initiatives in reporting transformation, automation, AI and analytics adoption
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing performance, transparency and efficiency
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, AI/ML or similar data-driven roles, preferably in a business environment
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data pipelines and handling large, multi-source datasets
- Advanced experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense preferred) and data visualization
- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Proven ability to apply advanced analytics and/or AI methods to generate measurable business impact
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and tangible outcomes (e.g., cost savings, performance improvements)
- Experience working in cross-functional, global environments, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders
- Basic understanding of business processes (procurement, supply chain, finance or similar) and ability to quickly build domain knowledge
- Project management mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end and ensure adoption
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different seniority levels
Nice to Have
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or cost analytics, especially in an automotive or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with AI / Machine Learning / predictive analytics in a business context
- Experience with SAP, Ivalua, TCPCM or similar enterprise systems
- Programming experience (e.g., Python, VBA) or exposure to data engineering tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Background in digital transformation, Procurement Excellence or Operational Excellence initiatives

Salary
Ft 15,570,000 - Ft 22,836,000
The above represents the annual gross base salary range for this role.
Variable compensation and allowances: Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may also be available, such as quarterly or annual bonus pay, commission payments, long term incentive compensation, or certain allowances.
