Responsibilities

• Understand sector routines and meet all Service Orders within deadlines, following procedures and ensuring quality.
• Work in a team, contributing to team development and maintaining a healthy work environment.
• Update and analyze daily maintenance information to identify improvements and solutions for failure causes.
• Monitor and update predictive, preventive, sensitive, and lubrication maintenance plans and reports.
• Assist in creating and reviewing technical work instructions.
• Plan and schedule mechanical and electrical maintenance, both in-house and outsourced, and manage the inventory of spare parts and purchase requests for parts and services.
• Develop and monitor suppliers, issue requisitions, and register materials in the system.
• Track maintenance efficiency and cost indicators, contributing to solutions for chronic problems and identifying root causes of failures and process stoppages.
• Update equipment control, identification, and criticality classification.
• Participate in operational meetings, supporting the identification of needs and definition of solutions, and assist in implementing best maintenance practices.
• Support supervision and PCM in daily routines, team management, and other job-related activities as requested.

Qualifications

• Education: Desirable higher education in Engineering or related fields.
• Experience: Previous experience in administrative areas.
• Skills: Experience with document management, spreadsheets, and organization.
• Differentials: BI, SAP.
