AVP/VP, Loan Syndications (Structured Finance)
Lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex debt and investment corporate transactions. Conduct comprehensive credit assessments, comprehensive due diligence, and prepare strategic internal proposals. Build and cultivate long-term partnerships with institutional clients.
