About the Position

Estamos em busca de um profissional Sênior que atue com Arquitetura Cloud AWS. Contratação CLT.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud solutions using AWS services.
• Lead technical squads and provide mentorship to teams.
• Review and guide architecture for cloud-based projects.
• Ensure security and compliance in cloud environments.

Requirements

• Solid experience in AWS solutions architecture.
• Proficiency in core AWS services: EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS, API Gateway, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch.
• Practical experience with ROSA or OpenShift in production environments.
• Containerization and orchestration skills: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.
• Technical leadership skills: conducting squads, reviewing architecture, mentoring teams.
• Experience in regulated or high-criticality environments, such as banking.

Nice to Have

• GitOps: ArgoCD or Flux Pipelines.
• CI/CD in containerized environments.
• Security of workloads: Network Policies, RBAC, Secrets Manager, Vault.
• Modernization of legacy systems: strangler fig, sidecar, and related patterns.
• Soft Skills: Clear communication with technical and business profiles, consultative posture, autonomy, ability to document and present technical results objectively.

Certifications

• AWS Solutions Architect - Professional.
• AWS Advanced Networking - Specialty.
• Red Hat OpenShift Administration (EX280 / DO280 or equivalent).
