Responsibilities

• Customer Communication and Advice: Conduct conversations with customers, advise them on products or services, and handle inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire new customers, manage existing customers, and retain them for the long term.
• Planning and Execution of Campaigns: Plan, organize, and document marketing and sales campaigns, e.g., for appointment scheduling or product promotion.
• Use of Information and Communication Technologies: Utilize various communication channels such as telephone, email, or chat and work with CRM systems for data maintenance and analysis.
• Sales and Contract Management: Present products, create offers, conduct sales conversations, and support contract conclusion.
• Quality Assurance and Market Monitoring: Check the quality of order execution, analyze key figures, and monitor market trends and competitors.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written expression and no hesitation in speaking with customers
• Enjoyment of telephoning and interest in direct customer contact
• Friendly demeanor – even when things get stressful
• Careful, structured work with a good sense for numbers
• Interest in learning about the world of marketing and sales
• Basic IT skills and openness to digital tools

About Your Training

Duration & Process:

The training usually lasts three years – a reduction is possible under certain conditions.

At the beginning, you can expect a structured introductory week where you will get to know the company, your colleagues, and the most important processes. Afterwards, you will rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive insight into theory and practice.
