AZURE DATA ENGINEER

About the Position

Svitla Systems is a global trusted IT solutions company headquartered in California, with business and development offices throughout the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. We are seeking an Azure Data Engineer with 3+ years of experience in data engineering to join our team in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Discuss specific data architecture and data-related issues with the data architect or team in the area of expertise.
• Analyze and assess the impact of the requirements on the data and its lifecycle.
• Set up Big data architecture and design of a small implementation of Lambda architecture.

Skills Required

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Experience with Azure Data Explorer.
• Experience in Cloud computing (specifically with data originating in industry or environment).
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with Azure HDInsight.
• Experience with Azure Databricks with PySpark or Scala or SparkSQL.
