B2B Business Service Agent – French

About the Position

We are looking for a B2B Business Service Agent – French to join our team at AUTO1 Group, Europe’s leading car trading platform. As a Business Service Agent, you will support the Account Management team and ensure a smooth and efficient after-sales process. You will communicate directly with our b2b merchants, understand their needs, and provide solutions, predominantly focusing on payment-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team with various administrative and operational tasks, focused on debt collection.
• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls with customers and merchants – no sales or acquisition involved.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Contact merchants to remind them about payment terms and follow up when needed.
• Keep customers informed and ensure their requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Create and update instructions and guidelines for different processes.
• Work closely with internal teams in an international environment to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, back office, or a similar role.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and enjoy helping them find solutions.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Ability to work independently and structure your workload effectively.
• Process-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group, Rruga e Kavajes, Tirane, and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
