About the Position
B2B Communication Specialist (Big Data Products)
Kyiv, Ukraine
KYIVSTAR Київстар – Business to Business
Full-time / Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Analyze the customer journey from need identification to repeat purchase and create CJ maps
- Research the product portfolio of Big Data solutions and form recommendations for their promotion
- Analyze the market and competitors and find new opportunities for product development
- Develop communication strategies and create plans for current and new products
- Define and track KPIs, evaluate the effectiveness of communications and generate reports
- Identify the target audience, create a target audience map and adapt communications to its needs
Requirements
- Experience with analytical, marketing, or Big Data products
- Understanding of marketing principles, strategic planning, and product positioning
- Experience with market analysis, competitive environment, and target audience
- Skills in working with analytical tools and building KPIs
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and form clear recommendations
