B2B Consultant (m/w/d)
shyftplan ist die All-in-One-Lösung zur Schichtplanung für Industriekunden. Unsere Software vereinfacht komplexe Personaleinsatzplanung, senkt Kosten und bindet Mitarbeitende aktiv mit ein. Wir arbeiten mit namhaften Industrie-Playern wie B. Braun, Omterra und Haribo und haben das Ziel, Marktführer in Deutschland zu werden.
Mit dem Einstieg unseres Investors Maguar, spezialisiert auf B2B-Software mit 600 Mio. € AUM, und der kürzlichen Übernahme von ScableOne erweitern wir unser Spielfeld deutlich: Wir bauen eine ganzheitliche Plattform für Menschen in der Fabrik auf: Workforce Management, Shopfloor-Execution, Qualifikationsentwicklung und strategische Personalplanung. Damit wir dieses Wachstum weiter gestalten können, suchen wir einen B2B Consultant (m/w/d):
Responsibilities
- Projektmanagement: Führe anspruchsvolle Rollouts bei Top-Kunden mit bestimmter und kooperativer Projektsteuerung durch.
- Solution Scoping & Problem Solving: Identifiziere und gestalte gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden den optimalen Einsatz von shyftplan mit Integration in bestehende Systemlandschaften.
- On-Site Workshops: Leite Workshops in der Onboardingphase für Key User und Projektteams - solo und mit Kollegen.
- AI tooling & Innovation: Gestalte eigene AI-basierte Lösungen und internes Tooling mit, um unsere Onboarding-Prozesse technologisch führend und hochgradig effizient zu gestalten.
Requirements
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium – gern in Wirtschaft, Informatik oder einem MINT-Fach.
- Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement (z. B. Consulting, Konzern, Agentur).
- Souveränes und klares Auftreten im Kontakt mit Kund:innen.
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team, Offenheit für Austausch und Feedback.
- Begeisterung für digitale Tools und Software.
- Analytisches Denken, pragmatische Entscheidungsfindung und praktisches Handeln.
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft für Kundentermine.
- Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse für den Arbeitsalltag (B2/C1).
Nice to Have
- Erfahrung in Consulting, Corporate oder Agency.
- Erfahrung mit Workshops.
- Kenntnisse in AI tooling und Innovation.
