BA Analyst FR – Hybrid (Porto)

We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile:

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design to support organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Create detailed documentation and specifications in both French and English.
• Utilize business analysis tools and methodologies to adapt to and effectively utilize new business solutions and technologies.
• Identify and address complex business challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Hard Skills

  • Fluent in French: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in French.
  • English - at least B2.
  • Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills and experience.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and specifications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
