About the Position

We're seeking an experienced Back-end Software Developer - Java/Spring for one of our Banking Customers to work on a Trading application.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
Design and deploy monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Ensure security best practices are followed throughout all stages of development and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Collaborate with software engineers, QA analysts, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Java development and DevOps.

Requirements

10+ years of overall experience
Java Development
- Strong backend Java skills in Microservices, Spring Boot, Collections, Low Latency, Multithreading, and Concurrency
Infrastructure & DevOps
- Good understanding of:
  - Deployment processes and how to deploy code to servers
  - Server connectivity and management
  - Basic system resource management (RAM, CPU allocation)
  - Containerization (Kubernetes, Podman)
  - Pipeline creation and CI/CD processes
  - Experience in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud

Nice to Have

Banking domain experience
Financial markets background and worked on trading systems
UI/ReactJS experience for front-end
