Back Office Specialist

About the Position

Lobo HR, an international recruitment agency known for excellent customer service and high-quality professional services, is currently recruiting for the position of Back Office Specialist in Trójmiasto, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Verification and invoice processing according to defined processes.
• Contact with the finance department of the Client.
• Ensuring daily operations in accordance with set targets and deadlines.
• Cooperation with Team Leaders to validate external payable invoices.
• Preparation of required reports internally and externally referring to payables.
• Checking correctness of the documents.
• Implementing process-based improvements.
• Monitoring of overdue invoices.

Requirements

• BSc in Economics or Business Administration with Major in accounting.
• Experience in Back Office or similar processes required.
• Excellent business English (oral and written skills).
• Good knowledge of other languages like German, French, Swedish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Dutch (minimum B2) is an asset.
• Experience of working with multiple countries and cultures in a Shared Services Center is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of Windows Office (Excel).
