Job description
About the Position
We're looking for people who take their craft seriously. At Giant Leap Lab, you'll work on genuinely complex projects - high-load systems, AI integrations, large-scale digital ecosystems - alongside a senior team that holds itself to a high technical standard. No legacy spaghetti code maintained out of obligation, no projects where cutting corners is quietly encouraged.
If that sounds like the environment you've been looking for, read on.
What Working Here Looks Like
- Competitive Compensation: A strong salary reflecting senior-level expectations, in a team where your work is actually understood and valued.
- Work-Life Balance: 24 calendar days of annual leave plus paid sick leave - taken without guilt.
- Skill Development: Free professional courses and opportunities to attend international IT conferences and hackathons.
- Modern Stack: Real exposure to advanced technologies - complex cloud architectures, agentic AI systems - not just maintaining what's already there.
