About the Position
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer proficient in PHP and Symfony to join our team in Szczecin, Poland, offering a mix of on-site and remote work.
Salary: 8500 - 12 000 PLN NET
Responsibilities
- Analyze product and feature viabilities/options with designers/product owners/stakeholders
- Design and develop deliverable features that bring measurable business value
- Improve practical and theoretical skills, keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies
- Focus on quality of the solutions delivered
Requirements
- Responsible team player
- Focused and goal-oriented/problem-solving mindset
- Solid communication skills, good organization and tasks management
- Taking responsibility for task ownership and estimation/work breakdown
- Focused on code quality
- Willing to constantly learn new skills
- No SODD (StackOverflow Driven Development) please
- At home with PHP 7.x
- 2-3 Symfony 2.x/3.x/4.x based projects (min. 160-200h each)
- RESTful API (OpenAPI/Swagger)
- FoSUserbundle
- FoSRestBundle (API-Platform would be nice!)
- ORM/Doctrine
- PHPUnit
- MySQL/MariaDB
- RabbitMQ, Redis
- Solr/Elasticsearch
- Experience with external APIs (Facebook, Google Maps, Paypal/PayU etc.)
- Experience in work with Gitflow / Git Feature Branch workflows
- Vagrant & Docker
